Shipping Information
The cost of shipping has been figured into the Green Filter USA shopping cart system. Payment for this amount is collected upon payment using our shopping cart. The shipping cost is not controlled by Green Filter USA, it is controlled by UPS, our shopping cart gives you real time shipping quotes from UPS's secure servers. As always shipping is non refundable, and Green Filter USA is not responsible for errors in shipping addresses provided by the customer. Green Filter USA will only ship to the USA and Canada from our online store. If you are outside of the USA or Canada, you must call your order in (724-430-2050)
We will update you through email as your package goes through the various stages of completion. If Green Filter USA feels it will take longer than the standard 7-10 business days to arrive at the destination, we will notify you through email. Please allow one full business day to process your orders and ship them from our warehouse. Tracking information will NOT be given out automatically. If you would like a tracking number, you can call in to our warehouse with your order number or email us through the online store. We do this to protect your packages privacy because tracking information is not on a secure server like the credit card information is. We do not want it to be compromised.

Payment Information
Our shopping cart system is top notch and ensures that your transactions are safe and reliable. The system we use automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to the server using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available through Verisign). Once your information reaches the secure location, it resides on a server that is guarded both physically and electronically. Furthermore, your personal information stays between you and our service. Your credit card information and security codes are not stored on our servers. Visa's PABP states that you are not allowed to store full magnetic stripe data or CVV2 data on shopping cart systems as of 2008.
Although Green Filter USA may store our customers personal information for future orders, Green Filter USA will never sell or share your personal information such as email address, phone number, credit card number or address with any other entities or individuals. At any time if a customer wishes to have their information completely removed from Green Filter USA system or databases, this can be done.
Green Filter USA currently accepts most major credit cards including American Express, Discover, Visa and Mastercard.
To arrange payment by money order, cashier checks, or certified check please call us directly. Personal checks will require 14 days to process before shipping. The same day you make a purchase from Green Filter USA you will receive an invoice via email as proof of purchase. We make every effort to process orders in a timely fashion. Order placement does not guarantee same day shipping. Please call Green Filter USA at 724-430-2050 to verify in stock inventory and shipping date. Under certain circumstances it may not be possible to process all orders immediately. In such a case your order will be processed in a timely manner. Should any complication with shipping arise you will be contacted immediately by an officer of Green Filter USA and every effort will be made to ensure delivery as soon as possible. Warrantees
Return Policy
Warranty returns will be shipped a replacement filter at no charge. Returns resulting from fitting issues must be addressed to our customer service group at 724-430-2050 for pre-authorization and may result in a 25% restocking fee if not exchanged, depending on the circumstances. Except for warranty exchanges, returns must be resaleable. As such, NO returns will be accepted once the filter has been installed (no exceptions).
Sometimes, mistakes occur, and in the event that we make a mistake and send the wrong product to a customer, we will accept the product in return at no charge if and only if the product is completely unused and in original sealed packaging. We are not responsible for items that are ordered and are no longer wanted, or improperly specified orders. If the customer, subsequent to ordering, decides a purchase is no longer wanted it is the customers responsibility to contact Green Filter USA immediately to stop shipment. Once the item has shipped free of error by Green Filter USA, all sales are final.
